Sherbrooke Innopole Made the Top 20 and Will Attend the Excellence Award in Environment Gala in 2014

ban_gala2014The Fondation estrienne en environnement (FEE, Estrie foundation for the environment) revealed its top 20 nominees for the 21st edition of the Prix d’excellence en environnement des Cantons-de-l’Est (Excellence Award in Environment in the Eastern Townships).

Sherbrooke Innopole is proud to have been selected among the applicants. It obtained the Carboresponsable – Émissions compensées (compensated emissions) certification after having submitted its emissions summary for 2013 and bought carbon credits. It is the first time that this certification is given to a local development centre in la belle province!

The winners in the seven categories will be crowned at the Gala on October 28, 2014.
