Sherbrooke Innopole Made the Top 20 and Will Attend the Excellence Award in Environment Gala in 2014
The Fondation estrienne en environnement (FEE, Estrie foundation for the environment) revealed its top 20 nominees for the 21st edition of the Prix d’excellence en environnement des Cantons-de-l’Est (Excellence Award in Environment in the Eastern Townships).
Sherbrooke Innopole is proud to have been selected among the applicants. It obtained the Carboresponsable – Émissions compensées (compensated emissions) certification after having submitted its emissions summary for 2013 and bought carbon credits. It is the first time that this certification is given to a local development centre in la belle province!
The winners in the seven categories will be crowned at the Gala on October 28, 2014.
