Microsoft Presents SherWeb with the 2013 World Hosting Partner of the Year Award

SherWeb, a firm based in Sherbrooke, was named 2013 World Partner of the Year by Microsoft in the “Hosting” category.

SherWeb provides hosted services to more than 20,000 businesses in 100 countries. In October 2012, its clients were the first in the world to take advantage of the full version of Microsoft Hosted Exchange 2013.

This is the second time in three years that SherWeb has been named Microsoft’s Partner of the Year: the Sherbrooke-based business won the national award in 2011.

microsoftpartnerMicrosoft gives Partner-of-the-Year awards every year to businesses that have distinguished themselves through their commitment to customers, their solutions’ market impact, and their exemplary use of Microsoft technologies.

In 2013, Microsoft gave awards to 44 out of more than 3,000 business partners from over 100 countries.

SherWeb executives Matthew and Peter Cassar will officially receive the Partner award at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, which will be held from July 7 to 11, 2013, in Houston.
