Tekna Continues to Grow

Sherbrooke-based Tekna Plasma Systems continues to lead the world in induction plasma technology. It has grown 25% on average per year in the last five years. Its subsidiary Tekna Advanced Materials has continuously increased its sales since it was created in 2009. In addition, it has just created Tekna Plasma Europe, a new subsidiary, in France.

A flagship company of the micro-nanotechnologies sector, Tekna Plasma Systems now has 85 employees, almost half of which come from abroad, in addition to clients from around the globe.

Several nanomaterials designed by Tekna are now in the approval stage.

The equipment and materials manufactured by Tekna are intended for the aerospace, electronics, chemical and other industries.
