The innovative business accelerator/incubator Espace-Inc is experiencing strong growth. This gathering place for entrepreneurs, located at 400 Marquette Street, is expanding its surface area to meet the needs of businesses. In July, when the building’s basement will be used, the organization’s surface area will increase from 12 000 to 25 000 sq. ft. Workshops, particularly in mechanics and microelectronics, will be held in this new space.

Espace-Inc currently offers a work space to four companies in the acceleration phase and six in pre-acceleration. The organization will have two or three additional companies in July, and discussions are underway with other entrepreneurs.

In addition to benefiting from Espace-Inc’s facilities, entrepreneurs can access programs to help them grow their business, obtain administrative and business support, and participate in networking and training activities. Three programs are offered: gathering place, pre-acceleration, and acceleration. This is proving to be a very busy pilot year for Espace-Inc!
