The SAGE-Innovation Cluster Joins Forces with Silver Valley in France

Estrie’s SAGE-Innovation ACCORD cluster for excellence signed a partnership with Silver Valley, a centre dedicated to innovation and the grey economy in Île-de-France.

Through this agreement, the two regions want to enhance their economic development and positioning in the autonomy and aging sector, commonly referred to in France as “silver economy.”

In concrete terms, the international partnership seeks to foster the exchange of knowledge, facilitate the mobility of researchers and interns, and put in place shared tools and events. Collaborative efforts are also planned for the marketing and development of new products.

The collaboration agreement was signed in Sherbrooke on October 15, 2014 as part of the first Autonomia fair organized by SAGE-Innovation.
