Global Excel, a Sherbrooke company, is expanding. The company has acquired in Florida, along with its affiliates Olympus Health Care Solutions SA Mexico, ChoiceNet International SA Mexico, and Healthcare Concierge Services.

This transaction will strengthen the company’s leading position in cost control, claims management, and medical assistance services. This acquisition will also enhance the international profile and customer base of these organizations.

With more than 320 business customers located in more than 40 countries across the world, Global Excel manages approximately 95 000 cases and files for in-patients, walk-in patients, and non-medical patients each year, and processes more than $740 million in claims annually. The company currently employs 350 people in its Sherbrooke offices.
