COMMUNIQUÉ DE PRESSE Groupe TERA, a major player in the analysis, measurement and real-time evaluation of air quality, today announces its establishment in Sherbrooke in the province of Quebec, the first step in its development in North America.

Pascal Kaluzny, CEO and founder of Groupe TERA says: « The establishment of Groupe TERA in Sherbrooke is a structuring step for the future launch of our North American subsidiary. We have chosen Sherbrooke following talks with local entrepreneurs and, mostly, Sherbrooke Mayor Steve Lussier’s visit to our offices in Europe and our visit to his office in Sherbrooke. We would like to thank the City of Sherbrooke and Sherbrooke Innopole for the quality of their welcome and look forward to establishing partnerships with players in this center of excellence in clean technologies with cutting-edge infrastructures in a unique setting. The range of skills and the advanced level of cooperation between the academic and industrial spheres, combined with the proximity to the United States, located less than 30 minutes away, are all assets for the successful local development of our innovative air quality measurement solutions. Groupe TERA will officialize its local presence by setting up a subsidiary and activating strategic investments, followed by recruitment. These projects are fully in line with the ambitions expressed at the time of the Company’s initial public offering in July 2019, aimed in developing in regions where air quality issues are economic and health priorities. »
