Dialog Moves into New Facilities in Sherbrooke
Dialog has opened its new office on Galt Street West in Sherbrooke. The new facilities will double its capacity.
Specialized customer-service representatives will be hired in the coming weeks.
Dialog, a next-generation, customer-focused call centre, started up in 2009. It offers customer-relationship management, call dispatching, outbound calling campaigns, and prospect qualification for North American businesses and organizations.
Dialog’s clients include Gaz Métro Plus, which serves close to 45,000 customers across Quebec.
Dialog currently has 25 employees.
