The building will have approximately60 offices, a hydraulic test bed (the only one of its kind in Québec), and three laboratories:

  • a laboratory specializing in environmental biology
  • a laboratory for identifying and counting asbestos fibres and air pollutants

Once operational, the test bed can be used to calibrate flowmeters with a range of 1 to 5000 m3/d. Besides calibrating its own 150 or so devices, Avizo Experts-Conseils plans to service businesses and universities across Canada.

Outside Sherbrooke, Avizo Experts-Conseils has approximately30  employees in its offices in Longueuil, Granby, Drummondville, and Laval.
