Enerkem, a Sherbrooke company, has associated itself with Université de Sherbrooke to create a leadership and skill development program for its employees.

Training components, knowledge sharing, development of emerging talent and the leadership program, based on innovation and excellence, are all part of the Enerkem Academy.

A first cohort of employees has already entered the Academy to follow a series of eight seminars.

The training program was elaborated specifically for Enerkem’s business reality by the Centre universitaire de formation continue of Université de Sherbrooke.
