Sherbrooke’s Magex Technologies has signed an agreement with Sandicor, San Diego’s MLS service for real-estate agents, to integrate its Zoom-Imm application into Sandicor’s interagency system.

Over 22,000 realtors will use this real-estate-investment analysis application.

The application, known as iAnalyzeREI, lets real-estate professionals import all the data contained in MLS data sheets for residential and commercial properties and generate more than 15 performance ratios.

iAnalyzeREI also produces reports illustrated in colour and posts properties online. A mobile version is available.
