Atelier Pedro Inc. is Expanding in Sherbrooke
PRESS RELEASE – Atelier Pedro Inc., a Sherbrooke business specializing in subcontracted high-precision machining, has moved its facilities to a brand new 5000-sq.-ft. building located at 4099 Lesage St. The former facilities were no longer adequate to meet the strong demand.
“Our clients are very pleased with the quality of our work,” indicated Pedro Neves, co-owner of Atelier Pedro Inc. The major contracts we have obtained require us to grow rapidly, and we are thrilled to tackle these new challenges. This is the most we have grown since the formation of our business!”

To carry out this project, Atelier Pedro Inc. will have invested a total of nearly $800,000. Sherbrooke Innopole has offered its location services to help the business find the most appropriate location for carrying out its expansion project.
To best meet their needs, co-owners Pedro Neves and Guillaume Morais decided to erect a new building, which opened in May. Both entrepreneurs are also planning on purchasing new equipment to take production to a higher level. These new acquisitions will enable Atelier Pedro Inc.’s clients to access services using cutting-edge technology.
This SME, which has been operating in Sherbrooke for 20 years, is hoping to more than double its workforce over the next year and to create an evening shift team. Twelve employees would join the eight employees already in place. To foster employee well-being, the new premises will feature a fitness room to enable employees to exercise in their work environment.
