Sherbrooke consulting engineering firm Avizo Experts-Conseils has announced that is has acquired another Sherbrooke firm, Environnement S-Air, which specializes in industrial hygiene.

The amalgamation of the two firms will enable Avizo Experts-Conseils to improve its service offer. It already provides services in the following sectors: technical services, infrastructure, environment, water purification, urban planning, and land development.

Environnement S-Air will continue to operate under its current name.

A good year in prospect

Avizo Experts-Conseils is set to have its hands full in 2014. The Sherbrooke firm plans to build new headquarters measuring over 17 000 square feet in Sherbrooke.

In Longueuil, Avizo Experts-Conseils also recently added a fifth place of business to its other offices, which are located in Sherbrooke, Granby, Drummondville, and Laval.
