New Specialization in Entrepreneurship at the Université de Sherbrooke
The Université de Sherbrooke will offer a new specialization in Entrepreneurship as part of its Bachelor of Business Administration program starting in fall 2015.
Offered as a co-operative program, it is designed to prepare Québec’s future managers and entrepreneurs by providing them with an entrepreneurial experience and developing their “entrepreneurial” skills.
“During the first year of their studies, students will have the opportunity to start a business and run it, before dissolving it to focus on courses in various management areas,” explained Anne Mathieu, Vice-Dean of Education and Student Affairs in the Faculty of Administration. “This particular aspect is what makes this program so unique in Québec and across Canada.”
