IntégraTIon Québec: A Program Accessible to Sherbrooke Businesses

Logo final PIQ2The employment integration program for information and communications technologies (ICT) professionals educated abroad, IntégraTIon Québec, provides grants to businesses to train immigrants recently hired for ICT positions.

The program reimburses up to $8 000 per employee for training activities aimed at acquiring or upgrading skills required by the participant in the performance of their duties. A business may train up to 3 employees and receive a maximum of $24 000 as reimbursement for the participants’ training fees and salary.

Regardless of your business’s main activity sector, this program may be for you!

Supporting Cultural Diversity Management

IntégraTIon Québec provides assistance for integrating and managing cultural diversity in businesses, offered by seasoned professionals who work in 19 organizations specializing in employability development. These professionals can offer you personalized support to ensure the proper integration of your employees who are eligible for the program.

In addition, by participating in IntégraTIon Québec, you can receive help in finding training sessions and have access to an applicant database for your ICT recruitment needs.
