GHG Emissions: Participate in the Grand Challenge and Get up to $10M in Funding

The Climate Change and Emissions Management Corporation (CCEMC) has just launched the Grand Challenge to find and fund projects that will significantly reduce greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions.

For the three rounds of funding of this initiative, we are looking particularly for innovative technologies for converting CO2 emissions into marketable products.

The deadline for submitting a project proposal for the first round is July 15, 2013. Twenty promising projects will each be awarded a $500,000 grant.

The next two rounds in 2015–2016 and 2017–2018 will award $3M to give initiatives and $10M to one grand winner, respectively.
