Siboire Opening a Branch in Montréal

Microbrewery Siboire is expanding beyond Sherbrooke and will open a first new branch in Montréal in the next few months.

The new 5500 sq. ft. venue will be located at 5101 Saint-Laurent Boulevard, on theFutur Siboire Montréal corner of Laurier Street, with roughly 175 seats. Scheduled to open in April 2017, it should create some 40 new jobs.

The setting, menu, and atmosphere of this third branch will be a hybrid of the two Sherbrooke branches, respectively located on Jacques-Cartier and Dépôt streets. Siboire’s production site on Dépôt Street also features a convenience store.

Owners Jonathan Gaudreault and Pierre-Olivier Boily have emphasized that Siboire’s beer will continue to be brewed exclusively in Sherbrooke.
