New Pricing Policy for Industrial Land in Sherbrooke

Buying public industrial land in Sherbrooke will be easier and at more competitive costs: the City of Sherbrooke has adopted a new price structure that includes the cost of public works installations.

The cost of industrial sites will range between $1 and $2.50 per square foot, depending on the business’s sector of activity.

This new pricing policy, proposed by Sherbrooke Innopole, will help accelerate the acquisition process for proponents, who previously had to wait before obtaining the cost of public works installations, which was previously calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Sherbrooke will gain a competitive edge over comparable and neighbouring cities as the site for business set-up or relocation projects.
