Milan Conception’s growth spurt continues: Specializing in the design and manufacturing of automated industrial equipment, the company is investing $1.6M to double the surface area of its premises on Boulevard de Portland.

This expansion will enable the business to boost its production capacity and broaden its product offering. Milan Conception will also be acquiring new equipment, including a new overhead crane and a wire-cutting and CNC centre.

In the wake of these advancements, Milan Conception plans to create 15 new jobs in 2016 and 2017, which will be added to the current 28 positions.

Expansion work is currently underway and should be completed in November 2016, providing 17 620 sq. ft. of space for Milan Conception’s plant and offices. This is a new growth phase for the company, which moved into the Regional Industrial Park just two years ago.

Milan Conception is one of the 18 businesses participating in the third Industrial Open House event on October 14 and 15, 2016.
